Traffic Tool Belt was created with the end user in mind.  As we all know, everyone has varying learning styles and consume information differently.  This was the main problem that Traffic Tool Belt set out to solve.
We understand that much of the content available is aimed at primarily one personality type therefore many of the people who desire to learn are not able to do so.

Personalities:
Traffic Tool Belt utilizes the four core personality types from Myers Briggs to create an experienced based learning environment. It’s also called L.S.I., which stands for Learning Style Inventory.  This is basically how we all learn.

  1. You have a concrete experience.
  2. You then observe and reflect on that experience.
  3. You form abstract concepts based on your thinking about the experience.
  4. You test those new concepts you form.

There are literally hundreds of different personality types, but we work on delivering content to the four main personality types.  Each and every one of those personality types consumes and process information differently.

In order to hold the attention of each personality to allow them to process and grasp the material you have to speak to their style and their values. So here are the four.

  1. Expressive: Those are the persuaders and motivators and 35% of the population are made up of those types of people.
  2. Analytical:  They focus on the objectives and outcomes and about 18% of the population are those types of people.
  3. Driving: They focus on operations and processes. About 25% of the population are those people.
  4. Amiable:  Those people are creative’s and focus on opportunities and 20% of the audience are those types of people.

Each of these personalities filter different information when learning, they ask different questions and form thoughts differently.

Learning Process:

Traffic Tool Belt has created a learning system that serves content to each personality by the process of breaking down each section into five core components including.

  • Section introductions written, visual and verbal.
